Backhome was totally worth the money - great value! The room was cozy and clean, and I had a peaceful sleep all night. The location was perfect, with the subway station and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff treated me like family, making my stay even better.
Breakfast choices could be better, maybe more variety would be nice.

I stayed at Backhome for a few nights and it felt like home. The well-designed room had ample storage space, including a small storage next to the bed and a big locker. The bathrooms and showers were clean and there were plenty of them. The courtyard area, shared with the neighboring cafe, was a great spot to relax and enjoy the basic breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and several fast food options. The front door is secure and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Loved the modern/industrial interiors and the variety of room types. Great central location, with lots of dining options nearby.- Spacious dorm rooms with comfortable beds and massive lockers.- Friendly and helpful staff.- Clean and well-maintained facilities.- Weekly social events to meet other guests.
Lack of curtains on the dorm beds, compromising privacy and sleep quality. Lightweight and itchy blankets in the shared dorms.

Backhome was an amazing place, definitely the best hostel in KL! The value for money was great and the room was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, close to the subway station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, especially the lady who served breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was a delicious vegetarian spread served every morning without charge. I recently stayed at Backhome for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, remembering my name throughout my stay. The hostel itself was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The secure cupboards were a great feature and the showers had powerful and hot water. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to China Town and other city sights. Highly recommended!
I recommend this hotel.

The hostel had a stunning open design that perfectly combined history and modernity. The staff were genuinely passionate and offered great advice. The rooms were generous in size and the beds were comfortable.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. The breakfast area was small and sometimes there was a wait.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with a personal touch, including names written on the door in chalk. The hostel had great security measures, with individual lockers and locked doors. The location was ideal, within walking distance to major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. The showers were separate from the toilets, and there was always soap available. The hostel provided a nice breakfast with cereals and peanut butter toast. The free water refill station was a great convenience.
Some of the other guests had poor hygiene, which was not the hostel's fault but a bit unpleasant. The attached cafe was not amazing, but there was a better coffee place just a few steps away.

The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with chic decor and plenty of storage for luggage. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice and assistance with planning journeys. - the location was ideal, with a variety of eateries nearby and a short walk to popular tourist attractions.
The lack of curtains in the rooms made it difficult to sleep without disruptions from others. The breakfast provided was basic and lacked variety, with just toast, cereal, and fruit.
